Howdy!

My Name is Orlando Garza, and I am a (soon to be) Graduate of the Master of Land and Property Development program at Texas A&M university, I have also received a degree in Agricultural Economics, with a focus in Finance and Real Estate also from Texas A&M.

I Currently work for HistoryMaker Homes, a private homebuilder headquartered in Grapevine, Texas, as a Real Estate Analyst doing data analytics and working on Investment Committee Packages and doing Competitive Market Analysis for potential new projects.
