About Me

A storied past

I Grew up in the Cypress area of Houston Texas, where I was raised by my mother and father, and grew up with one younger sister. I enjoyed various sports such as baseball and basketball and my youth. I continue to enjoy other hobbies today such as Golf, hunting, and fishing. Early on in college, I worked at H-E-B a grocery store, as both a bagger and a cashier which taught me a lot about how to interact with others. After transferring to various collegiate institutions such as Blinn College, Lone Star College, and the University of St. Thomas, I was finally accepted as a transfer student at Texas A&M in Agricultural Economics department. The program was great and very helpful in honing financial and entrepreneurial skills. I was a part of various organizations that helped me break out of my shell and become more comfortable with interacting with others. With my graduation approaching, and the Covid-19 Pandemic just beginning I found out about the MLPD program through an email and fell in love with the learning and the people that I would be working with. I spent a summer as an Intern for HistoryMaker Homes, as a Construction Management Intern, and as a Land Acquisition Intern and got a small taste of what I hope my career can grow to be. As I have grown and learned more and more, I am eager to join the workforce and learn as much as I can from people who know what the industry is like. I am hopeful to move to somewhere in Texas, to continue to learn and show what I know in the industry.
